Since the change of props in Red Bluff, we have had some difficulties getting the boat to hook up (as most of you may have seen when the nose went under and the boat and subbed at the hit of the throttle in first round qualifying.)

After talking with Jarrett, he recalled, “I thought I was crashing, but it was so slow, it was a strange feeling.” Having gone underwater in his previous Pro-Mod days made it easy for him to concentrate and think about what he had to do in his fuel hydro. “I just looked up, saw the sponsons in the air and figured; ok, now I need to get out.”

For the second round of qualifying, we adjusted the props and the nose lifted more, but the boat did not go much farther.

We lost first round to Disorderly Conduct and were a bit late on the lights.

We were glad to see Greg Tedesco and the Loose Cannon team back out racing and making it to the semi-finals. We look forward to racing with them more and getting our boat back on track.

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us!!
